Christmas magic is coming to Heskin Hall Shopping Village, and families are invited to make memories that little ones will treasure for years to come. This festive experience offers children the chance to meet the REAL Father Christmas in a beautifully atmospheric setting, surrounded by the magic of Christmas. Set within the gardens beneath a cosy festive marquee, the experience is designed to feel intimate, enchanting and genuinely special, giving children the opportunity to step into a Christmas story of their own.

The magic begins with a warm welcome from wonderful Christmas characters, before little ones settle down to hear an enchanting festive story. Then comes the moment they have been waiting for – meeting the REAL Father Christmas himself. Each child gets their own special 1-to-1 time with Santa, creating a personal encounter where they can chat, share their Christmas wishes and enjoy a magical moment together. It is the kind of experience that can turn the excitement of Christmas into a memory that stays with a child long after the presents have been opened.

Every child visiting Father Christmas receives a special gift, adding another delightful surprise to the experience. Parents, grandparents and other grown-ups are encouraged to capture their own photographs, so there is no need to worry about missing those precious moments. From the excitement on a child's face when they first see Santa to their reaction when they receive their gift, families can take photographs and keep those memories to look back on for years to come.

One of the things that makes this experience particularly special is its small-group format. With a maximum of just eight children per time slot, it is designed to feel personal rather than like a crowded Christmas queue. Each child can enjoy their own time with Father Christmas, while up to two accompanying adults are included per child. This creates a much more relaxed and magical atmosphere, allowing families to enjoy the experience together and giving children the attention they deserve during their special meeting with Santa.

The experience takes place at Heskin Hall Shopping Village in Chorley, rather than at Heskin Hall itself, and families should wrap up warm as part of the festive adventure takes place outdoors. That outdoor element only adds to the traditional Christmas feel, with the gardens, festive setting and cosy marquee creating a wonderful backdrop for a seasonal family visit. It is an opportunity to put the phones down for a moment, forget the Christmas rush and simply watch the excitement unfold on a child's face.

For families looking for something more memorable than a quick photograph with Santa, the Heskin Hall Shopping Village experience offers the chance to make a proper occasion of meeting Father Christmas. Children can meet festive characters, listen to a magical story, spend special 1-to-1 time with the REAL Father Christmas, receive their own gift and create photographs that capture the moment. With limited places in each small group, families are encouraged to book their visit and make this Christmas one that their little ones will remember with a smile for many years to come.
